Cancellation Policy – RAB Symposium 2026

By registering for the 6th International Symposium on Regulatory Autoantibodies Targeting G-Protein-coupled Receptors (24–25 September 2026, Lübeck), you agree to the following cancellation terms:

 

Cancellation by the Participant

All cancellations must be submitted in writing by email to rengin.oezcan@uksh.de. The date of receipt of the cancellation email determines the applicable refund rate.

 

Cancellation received		Refund
Up to and including 27 August 2026 (4 weeks before the event)		50 % refund
From 28 August 2026 onwards and in case of no-show		No refund

 

Refunds will be processed via bank transfer to the account from which payment was originally received. Refunds typically take up to 14 working days.

 

Substitute Participants

If you are unable to attend, you may nominate a substitute participant from the same institution at no additional cost. Please inform us by email at least 3 working days before the event. The new participant must be in the same fee category (Early-bird, Regular or Undergraduate).

 

Cancellation by the Organiser

In the unlikely event that the symposium has to be cancelled or rescheduled by the organisers (e.g. force majeure, regulatory restrictions, low number of registrations), all paid registration fees will be refunded in full. Beyond that, the organisers cannot be held liable for any travel, accommodation or other costs incurred by participants.
